Shipping Policy
Your purchase will be shipped out within 48 hours (2 business days) on all in stock items.
Weekends and holidays may impact our shipping schedule. If you place an order on a Friday your order will be shipped out on Monday providing it is not a holiday. If you have purchased a pre-order item you will be notified once it has been received by us, we will then ship the aircraft out to you the next business day.
Estimated delivery times are NOT guaranteed timeframes. We ask that you are patient when waiting for the delivery of your product. If however it is taking abnormally long or if you have questions please contact us directly and we will look into it for you. Thank you.
FREE Local Pick Up
We have FREE local pick up in Winnipeg, Manitoba CANADA. At "Checkout" select "Local Pick Up" . Your purchase will then be shipped to our store at 301 Bowman Avenue in Winnipeg. from our Distribution Centre. You will receive an email when your purchase is ready for pick up.

What this means to you? As the importer/buyer, you may/will be charged customs/duties/tariffs by Customs in your country. We are not responsible for those charges and are unable to accept returns because of refusal to pay those fees. Please do your due diligence by contacting your Custom's Office in your country

Then contact U.S. Customs by phone or visit https://www.hts.usitc.gov in respect to the taxes/duties/tariffs you will incur prior to your purchase to ensure your have all the correct information.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however each country has their charges/exemptions in respect to customs/duties/tariffs. We are unable to accept returns as a result of individual country's border regulations.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your item is defective, you have 30 days from the arrival date of your shipment to return or exchange your product by sending the item(s) back to us. The refund only applies to the actual item not shipping to you.
We value your business and will make every effort to help you, we may ask for pictures of the damage/defective item to help make a determination as to whether we can replace it or find another equivalent model we will ship to you at *no charge.
We may or may not require the original item be shipped back. All returns must be in new, unused condition. All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped back (at buyers expense). Please contact us via email, provide us with your name, invoice number and original date of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the items are not in original condition.
All models are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then attempt to resolve the issue(s) as quickly as possible. The result will be made at our discretion.
Any pre-order cancellations/returns that have not yet been shipped will be refunded as well as the shipping charge less a 5% banking fee for processing of original sale.
If an item is not delivered/refused because customs or duties were not paid by or wanting to be paid by the purchaser, they will be responsible for paying the shipping to them as well as the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
What is not considered a reason for return:

Parts (motors, wings, antennas, etc.) of fully assembled models may disassemble during transportation. This can easily be solved by re-inserting the loose part, with or without instant glue.

Boxes are not always in mint condition because of transportation to our warehouse from the manufacturer or from our warehouse to your address so a damaged box is not a valid reason for return.

Models are partially hand made, and will often have minor imperfections. Customers ordering models accept the presence of minor imperfections.

If the manufacturer has missed details in the building process such as pantone colors are slightly incorrect, engines are the wrong model on the aircraft etc. unless the manufacturer has decided to recall the product.

Refusal to pay customs/duties/tariff charges in the receivers country.
