Shipping Policy

   COVID-19 Pandemic and shipping   

Currently Canada Post and other shipping companies are experiencing delays.  Your shipment may take a little longer than usual as a result of these delays we apologize for any concerns as a result of the delay.  Please contact us if you require additional assistance prior to shipping.

Your purchase will be shipped out within 24 hours on all in stock items.  Weekends and holidays may impact our shipping schedule.  If you place an order on a Friday your order will be shipped out on Monday providing it is not a holiday.  If you have purchased a pre-order item you will be notified once it has been received by us, we will then ship the aircraft out to you within 1 business day

Return & Exchange Policy

If your item is defective,  you have 30 days from the arrival date of your shipment to return or exchange your product by sending the item(s) back to us.  All returns must be in new, unused condition.  All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped back.  Please email contact us via email, provide up with your name, invoice number and original date of purchase.

 

Please note it is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping.  Once the item has been received and inspected we will then process the refund for the purchase price plus any applicable taxes.  Any original shipping charge to have item initially shipped to you will not be refunded.   

 

We reserve the right to deny a return if the items are not in original condition.


All models are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment.   If  you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will then attempt to resolve the issue(s) as quickly as possible.  The result will be made at our discretion.

Any pre-order cancellations/returns  are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
