📜 Store Pricing Policy – Online vs. In‑Store
We value transparency and want our customers to understand how our pricing works.
Online store prices and local in‑store prices may differ. Our online pricing is set independently from our physical store pricing, and vice versa. Because these pricing systems operate separately, we are unable to match prices between our online store and local store.
If the online price is lower, customers are welcome to purchase online and choose “Local Store Pickup” to collect their order in person. Price variations may occur due to promotions, inventory levels or operational costs.
We encourage you to shop in the way that best suits your needs—whether that’s the convenience of online ordering or the in‑person experience of visiting our store.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
How we price our product
What goes into our prices every item we sell — from aircraft models to accessories — goes through a full cost structure. Here’s what that includes:
1. Product Cost. The base cost of the model itself, including materials, tooling, manufacturing, and finishing.
2. Transportation & Freight. International shipping, air freight, or sea freight charges to bring products from manufacturers to Canada. This includes: carrier fees, fuel surcharges, port handling fees and cross‑border logistics
3. Duties/Taxes. Tariffs & taxes depending on the country of origin and product category, shipments may incur: Import duties, tariffs, GST/HST; these are government‑mandated charges applied before goods can enter Canada.
4. Customs Clearance Charges. All inbound shipments require: Customs brokerage, inspection fees, documentation processing. These ensure products legally and safely enter the country.
5. Manpower to Receive Goods. Once shipments arrive, our team handles: Receiving and unpacking, verifying quantities, inspecting for damage and organizing inventory. This labour ensures your model arrives in perfect condition.
6. Labour & Operational Costs. Behind every product listing is real work: Photographing product, writing descriptions, website management, customer service, packaging for shipment, local pickup coordination. These operational tasks are part of delivering a premium collector experience.
7. Holding Costs (Inventory Carrying Costs). Inventory requires: storage, space, insurance, climate control, capital tied up in stock. These costs ensure products are safely stored and ready to ship.
8. Final Pricing & Market Positioning. We price each item based on: total landed cost, labour and operational overhead, market value among collectors, rarity and demand, competitive fairness and as per the manufacturer/distributor there is an MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) that we are allowed to charge and cannot go lower. Our goal is to offer fair, transparent pricing that reflects true craftsmanship and real-world costs — not inflated markups as you may see on auction sites etc.
